Caroling Rates

Copperstar can tailor our caroling to the needs of your event. We have several groups available and can even book more than one group at a time. Rates for special arrangements will be quoted on an individual basis. As a guideline, our rates and availability is as follows:

First hour - $195
Each additional hour - $150

Monday - Thursday
5:30pm - 9:00pm

Friday
5:00pm - 11:00pm

Saturday
10:00am - 11:00pm

Sunday
10:00am - 9:00pm

Christmas Eve
10:00am - 10:00pm
First hour - $375
Each additional hour - $300

Travel over 30 miles requires a 2 hour minimum.

Deposit and Payment

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. It is Copperstar's policy that all bookings must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the event. There are no exceptions to this policy. Upon completion of booking you will be sent an invoice and payments may be made via PayPal, 24 hours a day. Arrangements can also be made for payment to be made via cash or money order by mail or in person as time permits.
